June 2016 Planner Setup – Van der Spek Standard Touch Me

June 2016 Planner Setup – Van der Spek Standard Touch Me

My June 2016 setup is finally live! I had to learn some new (to me) editing tricks with this one, and then the upload seemed to take ages. And then there are all of the links to do. Twice.

Yeah.

However, it is done! Yay!

Here’s the huge list of links to all of the fantastic places I visited to deck out my setup in a way that I find both functional and pretty:

Agendio Planners – Customization Nirvana

Agendio Planners – Customization Nirvana

There isn’t anything I could write that would do a better job than what I said in the video, so I’m just going to put that right here for you to enjoy!

Go look at Agendio, seriously. They’re all kinds of awesome. Spiral-bound planners with lovely colors and additional little extras that make it yours. Customization and personalization of your inserts to a wonderful extent — and I don’t just mean fonts and colors (although, those are customizable as well). Your page layouts, divisions, labels, with your events and activities pre-printed onto your pages.

Yes. That good.

The first half of this video features a walk-through of the Agendio website and the customization process, and the second half features what I’m using from Agendio.

Archiving Your Planner

Archiving Your Planner

Do you keep your used planner pages? If so, do you use some sort of back-up method for keeping the really important information safe?

I do keep my planner pages, for several reasons:

  • I find it useful to refer to how I dealt with huge schedule changes in the past
  • Important dates and paperwork (receipts, etc.) are easy to find
  • Looking back on events is a fun trip down memory lane

Of course, anything that is super-important or to which I know I will need to refer in the future gets scanned into Evernote, like so.

Go check out how Rhomany archives her pages!

I have finally found a midori-style finance planner that covers everything I’ll need, for the entire year, in one slim insert!

Go have a look at PlanInk on Etsy… there are inserts for both ringed binders and midori-style notebooks. Here’s the link to this particular finance planner, which is an instant download.

Week 10-2015 After Shots

Week 10-2015 After Shots

Happy Week 11! These After Shots include my return to my very first DIYFish crush… the Small Projects Management Inserts! Fish recently released them in a Midori Traveler’s Notebook style insert, which means I no longer have to up-size them and attach them as tip-ins to each individual month and week; I print them as a booklet and slip them into the beginning of the month. Done!
