Focus On: Indexing, Contents, Archiving, and Retrieval (DIYFish Lifemapping Inserts)

The entire “Focus On” series, up to this point, has referred to your planner pages in their current use.

Now we need to change our focus a bit and look at what we do when we’re done using those current pages.

I make certain to use the index along the side of each daily page to mark any information I may need to return to at some point. I also make sure to include this information in the Contents pages. Any information on those daily pages that I am certain I will need to refer to repeatedly also gets uploaded to Evernote for quick, searchable access anywhere. Then, at the beginning of a new month, I move the prior month’s pages to a spare binder than I keep near my desk.
